The property extends to the sea on the one side and the R72 on the other, with the little village of Seafield as the western boundary, with a cattle farm to the east.
The high water mark forms the seaward boundary which extends into dense pristine sea bush growing onto the sand dunes. North of the dunes is rolling grassveld interspersed with scrub bush giving cover to the small antelope that live among the bushes.
